2-Year Warranty
Dire Design Haus
We don’t take shortcuts—and we don’t leave our pack behind. Every DRIKON™ Backpack is covered by a 2-Year Manufacturer's Warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If something goes wrong because of how it was built (not because it tumbled off a cliff or met a moody TSA agent), we’ll repair it, replace it, or make it right.
🛠️ What’s Covered (aka “We’ve Got Your Back”)
This warranty applies for 2 years from the date of purchase and covers:
Broken zippers
Torn zipper tracks
Seal or seam failure
Snaps, buckles, or buttons that give out
Construction flaws that affect functionality
This warranty is extended to the original owner only and proof of purchase is required.
🚫 What’s Not Covered (aka “Life Happens”)
Cosmetic wear, stains, or scuffs from natural use
Damage from misuse, accidents, or extreme adventures
Airline handling damage (yes, we're looking at you, baggage claim)
Lost or stolen items
Refurbished, final sale, or secondhand purchases
Apparel or accessories not part of the DRIKON™ line
🧵 But We’re Still Here to Help
Even if your issue falls outside the 2-year window or policy coverage, we’re still your gear-obsessed friends. We’ll do our best to offer a repair option—or if repair isn’t possible, we’ll talk replacement or store credit.
Because ditching gear in landfills? Not our style.
