Shipping:
We aim to get your gear on the move as quickly as possible. Most orders ship within 2–3 business days, with tracking provided at checkout. Please allow additional time during product launches or peak seasons—we’re a small but mighty crew based in Kalispell, Montana.
Returns:
If your DRIKON™ Backpack isn’t the right fit for your adventure, we accept returns on unused items within 30 days of delivery. Simply contact us at customerservice@diredesignhaus.com to initiate a return. Items must be in original condition with tags attached. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective or shipped in error.
Warranty Coverage:
Every DRIKON™ Backpack is backed by our 2-Year Manufacturer’s Warranty covering defects in materials and craftsmanship. If your pack fails due to a manufacturing issue, we’ll repair it, replace it, or make it right. This does not cover wear and tear, accidents, or damage caused by misuse.
Here’s how it works:
Contact us with your order number and a brief description of the issue
We’ll assess the damage and let you know the next steps
If approved, you’ll receive instructions for sending the item in for repair or replacement
If your exact item is no longer available, we’ll offer store credit of equal value

Warranty claims and returns must include proof of purchase. Products purchased secondhand, final sale, or from unauthorized resellers are not eligible.
